Low in fat and carbohydrates, Total Whey is high in concentrated and isolated whey (whey) proteins. But we didn't stop there. To complement the formula, we add a complex of digestive enzymes and a patented synbiotic – Lactowise® – with probiotic and prebiotic ingredients, which contributes to intestinal health. The combination of these two ingredients improves nutrient absorption and enhances the already known benefits of whey protein, by improving body composition.
Ideal product for: – Promoting maximum muscle definition. – Avoid the destruction of muscle tissue, which occurs after intense and consecutive training. – Complement diets rich in proteins, to promote fat loss.
Instructions for use If you train, take one serving (2 shakes) per day. Have a shake 1 hour before training and another after. Preparing a smoothie is simple, add a full scoop (26g) to 200ml of water.
