Bike rental with delivery to your hotel in Tenerife
You arrive in Tenerife, drop your suitcase in the room and your bike is already waiting for you at the hotel. No taxis, no wheeling the bike along the promenade and no losing the first morning of your holiday. This is how hotel delivery and collection works at Bike Experience Tenerife.
Where do we deliver and how much does it cost?
We deliver and collect anywhere on the island, wherever you are staying. The price is per booking and includes both delivery and collection:

Hotel delivery is available for rentals of 3 days or more. When you book online, choose your hotel and the area and its price appear automatically.
Prefer to come to the shop? We are in Costa Adeje, next to Siam Mall and Siam Park, and you can pick up the bike yourself at no cost.
How it works, step by step
- Book online and choose Hotel delivery. Enter the name of your hotel or apartment.
- On the first day of your rental, from 10:00, we drop the bike at your accommodation, adjusted and ready to ride. If you send us your measurements, we bring it already set up for your height.
- Ride as much as you like. If you have any problem with the bike during the rental, give us a call.
- On the last day, at 16:00, we collect it from the hotel.
Your contract shows the delivery hotel and, once it is scheduled, the approximate delivery and collection times (always subject to traffic).
Good to know
- Minimum rental of 3 days for hotel delivery. For shorter rentals, pick up the bike at the shop.
- Book at least one day in advance. Rentals starting on the same day can only be picked up at the shop.
- We do not deliver on Sundays. If your rental starts on a Sunday, you can pick up the bike at the shop from 16:00: we leave it ready for you.
- Send us your measurements (your height and, if you know it, the saddle height you use) and we will leave the bike set up for you: just arrive and ride.
- Bring your own pedals or use ours: we have Shimano and Look.
- Let reception know that a bike is arriving in your name; it makes everything quicker.
- If your plans change and you prefer to return it at the shop, you can do so any day until 18:00.
Which bike do we bring you?
- Road bikes for the climbs in the south and the ride up to Mount Teide.
- Gravel bikes, to leave the tarmac on tracks and trails.
- E-bikes, to enjoy the island's climbs without running out of legs.
- City and leisure bikes (with a basket if you need one) to get around the coast.
Every bike goes through our workshop before each rental.
What about routes?
On our website you can download the GPX files of our favourite routes around Tenerife. And if you prefer company, on the guided Teide tour we pick you up at your hotel in the south, stop at the shop for your bike and take you to the starting point. We let you know the pick-up time the day before.
